AISCA (AI Sovereignty Council of Africa) Research Grant provides sovereign compute infrastructure and technical assistance to African AI innovators and researchers. The programme enables participants to access GPU computing resources, structured mentorship, and pathways to scale their AI ventures or transition academic research into real-world impact.

Open to African AI innovators and researchers in Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, and Rwanda. The first cohort (launching 2026) targets AI startups/ventures (Track A) and academic/institutional researchers including PhD candidates, Postdocs, and Faculty members (Track B).
