Culture Moves Europe - Call for Individual Mobility 2025-2026

Culture Moves Europe is an EU-funded mobility scheme implemented by the Goethe-Institut under the Creative Europe programme (2025-2028). It supports artists and cultural professionals to carry out international projects in Creative Europe countries. Grants cover travel allowances and daily living costs for mobility periods of 7-60 days (individuals) or 7-21 days (groups of up to 5 people). Projects must be conducted in a country other than the applicant's residence and must fulfill at least two of four objectives: to learn, to create, to explore, or to connect. The programme has a budget of €25 million supporting approximately 7,000 beneficiaries over three years.

Hvem kan ansøge

Open to individual artists and cultural professionals (and groups up to 5 people) aged 18+ who are legal residents of Creative Europe countries and active in architecture, cultural heritage, design/fashion, literature, music, performing arts, or visual arts. No minimum experience required. Applicants must carry out a project in another Creative Europe country with an international partner, fulfilling at least two objectives: learn, create, explore, or connect.
