Emergency Allowance

Social Support Services of NOVA University Lisbon (SAS NOVA)

The Emergency Allowance is a contribution which aims to provide an immediate response to occasional situations, arising from contingencies or difficulties having a negative impact on the student's normal academic performance, which do not fall under the scope of the DGES support. The amount of the allowance cannot exceed the amount of the approved tuition fee for the respective academic year. The allowance will be paid in a single instalment.

Hvem kan ansøge

Students of NOVA University Lisbon in an occasional and exceptional situation of duly proven economic need. Portuguese and foreign students with a permanent residence permit or refugees with temporary protection can benefit.
