Provides proposal-based funding to First Nations communities on reserve for non-structural projects to prepare for and mitigate emergencies from natural disasters, such as risk assessments, emergency plans, training, mapping, and early warning systems. Proposals are reviewed on an ongoing basis until funding is spent.
