Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme Fellowships for Singapore Aviation Academy Courses
Sponsored by the Singapore Government and in partnership with ICAO, this programme provides fellowships to government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States to attend specialised training programmes at the Singapore Aviation Academy. From April 2026 to March 2027, 110 fellowships are available.
