Unsolicited Concept Note Funding Mechanism

Global Affairs Canada's Unsolicited Concept Note funding mechanism allows organizations to submit concept notes for international assistance initiatives that align with Canada's Feminist International Assistance Policy. If a concept note is accepted, the organization is invited to submit a full project proposal. There are no deadlines—proposals are accepted on a rolling basis. No minimum or maximum funding limits apply; applicants should request only the minimum required to achieve expected outcomes.
