Rural Urban Art (RUA) is an Estonian nomadic street art festival returning for its 9th edition in 2026, held in Pärnu, Estonia. The open call invites one street artist to create a mural measuring 6m (height) x 12m (width) during the festival dates of May 25–30, 2026.
