SingaporeBicultural Studies Programme (BSP) Scholarship
The Bicultural Studies Programme (BSP) Scholarship is a pre-university scholarship offered by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore to recognise students with bicultural aptitude and interest in the Chinese language and culture. It provides financial support for students to attend an integrated programme that develops their understanding of both Eastern and Western cultures.
