A merit-cum-means scholarship for Class 12 graduates from financially weaker families to pursue higher education in India. Selected students receive yearly amounts between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 via Direct Benefit Transfer through the National Scholarship Portal.

Class 12 graduates from recognized boards, with annual family income up to ₹4.5 lakh, not receiving another major scholarship, and admitted to regular college/university courses.
