This supplement provides financial support of $1,000 to high-calibre undergraduate students working toward degrees in atmospheric or meteorological sciences, who hold or have held an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award (USRA). Applications are submitted directly to Environment and Climate Change Canada by August 1, with results announced by the end of September.

Undergraduate students at Canadian institutions who hold or have held an NSERC USRA in the preceding fall or winter terms and are taking or planning to take atmospheric science or meteorology courses.
