The MSCA Staff Exchanges 2027 promotes innovative international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary collaboration in research and innovation through staff secondments between organisations. It supports joint research projects and knowledge sharing between academic and non-academic organisations across Europe and beyond. The action funds short-term exchanges of research, technical, managerial, and administrative staff to foster skill acquisition, mentoring, and networking across the innovation chain.

Wer kann sich bewerben

Open to organisations based in EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Consortia must include at least three legal entities from different countries with both academic and non-academic partners. Researchers and staff at any career stage (including administrative, managerial, and technical personnel) are eligible to participate in secondments.
