This fund offers financial support for arts professionals and organisations in Wales to develop international connections, collaborations, and projects. It aims to enable Welsh artists to engage with global opportunities and audiences.

Arts organisations and individual creative professionals based in Wales who are involved in arts-focused activities outside the UK with at least one confirmed international partner.

Eligibility criteria

Open to arts organisations and individual creative professionals based in Wales
Applicants must be involved in arts-focused activities outside the UK
Must have at least one international partner confirmed via letter of invitation
Activity must take place in-person (not digital-only)
Individual applicants must be aged 18+, resident in Wales, and not in full-time education
Applicants must be pursuing an artistic/creative freelance career with a track record of creating or facilitating work for public presentation
Organisations must be formally constituted (Company Limited by Guarantee, Registered Charity, CIO, CIC, etc.)
Applicants must not be in financial default with the Arts Council of Wales
