TurkeyInternational Scholarships
The Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) has been awarding international scholarships since 1969 to support the development of highly qualified professionals with leadership qualities. The scholarships are for Turkish students planning to begin their graduate (Master's) education abroad starting from September–October 2026, and for medical doctors intending to pursue advanced specialization or research abroad. TEV's international scholarship programs do not cover undergraduate studies, Erasmus, exchange programs, summer schools, language schools, or conference participation.
