Who can apply

Must become a DIGITAL member before applying, be a Canadian company with registered Canadian business presence, form a consortium of at least 2 industry Members including at least 1 SME, and have industry partners collectively cover 57% or more of total eligible project costs. Total project cost must meet stream minimums (typically $3 million or more), and technology must address health, natural resources, AI, quantum, or housing sectors. Company must have cash flow capacity to self-fund 3-6 months of project costs before reimbursement.
