The Community Enterprise Fund helps community organisations to start trading or set up social enterprises in Scotland. It offers grants of up to £5,000 towards start-up costs, to be spent over twelve months.
Who can apply
Constituted third sector or community groups based in Scotland, not yet trading on a regular basis, operating primarily for the benefit of people or communities within Scotland, with a bank account in the group's name, and not involved in political campaigning or the advancement of religion.Sources
