This Horizon Europe call seeks proposals to provide policymakers with a detailed understanding of how basic skills (literacy, mathematics, science, digital, citizenship) contribute to productivity, innovation, competitiveness, and economic growth. It aims to develop actionable advice for education and training systems to foster these skills, including closing gender, disability, and socioeconomic gaps.
