Open to financial institutions and global tech companies with a strong nexus to financial services, intending to set up a quantum computing and security Centre of Excellence in Singapore. Must establish physical presence in Singapore and employ professionals based in Singapore with relevant quantum skills.

Eligibility criteria

The applicant should have a strong nexus to financial services and is interested in either establishing or relocating an identified quantum innovation function to Singapore.
The applicant must establish a physical presence in Singapore.
The employed professionals must be based in the applicant's Singapore office.
The employed professionals should possess relevant professional experience or specialist skills (e.g. familiarity with the use of statistics, quantum engineering, quantum algorithms) relating to the applicant's business.
The employed professionals must be engaged in either managerial job positions (such as business-centric/technical lead), or in specialized job positions (e.g. quantum physicist, quantum researcher, software developer for quantum systems) related to the business activity.
