The FWF Wittgenstein Award provides €2 million in funding over 60 months to support outstanding researchers with a strong international reputation. Who can apply
Outstanding researchers from all scientific disciplines who hold a permanent position at an Austrian research institution, are aged 60 or under, have a high international reputation, and have maintained their center of vital interests in Austria for at least one year.
