Who can apply
为罕见病领域从事科研、服务、行动、医疗等工作的个人、团队和机构；所从事的工作对罕见病社群、医学、行业、产业等有贡献；在中国内地（不含港澳台地区）从事相关工作；原则上，过往获奖者三年内（不含获奖当年）不得申报同一类别奖项。Key contacts
