Innobooster 2026 – Innovation Fund Denmark (SME Innovation Funding Programme)

Eligibility criteria

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Denmark
Companies must have significant risky, challenge-driven and innovative knowledge-based development activities
Projects must contribute to one of the three societal themes: Green technology and innovation, Life science health and welfare technology, or Critical and digital technologies
Companies may include startups
Projects must be distinguishable from day-to-day operations of the company
Owners of the company (with at least 5% ownership) at time of application are eligible to participate
Be a Danish-registered SME (CVR number required)
Meet EU SME definition: < 250 employees, ≤ €50 million turnover OR ≤ €43 million balance sheet
