The Erasmus+ programme offers grants for internship mobilities shortly after graduation. The Flemish universities and universities of applied sciences have formed a consortium called the Flanders Traineeship Platform, managed by the Flemish Higher Education Council (VLUHR), to offer these grants to graduate, bachelor's, master's, and PhD students.

Who can apply

Last year students (bachelor's, master's, PhD) from Flemish universities and universities of applied sciences who register before graduation, and plan a traineeship in the year after graduation, in a country other than Belgium.

Eligibility criteria

Last year students who register before the official graduation date.
Internship duration between 2 and 12 months (minus the Erasmus months already used up during the last study cycle).
The internship must be completed in the year following graduation.
Participants can't be enrolled in a higher education institution by the start of the internship or after its completion.
It is the responsibility of the participant to comply with the immigration laws of the host country and to arrange their own residence permit and accommodation.
The internship doesn't take place in your country of birth, country of residence, or the country that awards the diploma (Belgium).
