New Directions (ND) Grants
This program provides seed money for established faculty to pursue a new research direction with limited or no preliminary results. The grants are intended to provide proof of concept and feasibility to help investigators secure subsequent funding from other agencies.
Who can apply
Regularly-appointed faculty members at nonprofit academic institutions in the U.S. and internationally who are Principal Investigators at their institutions. One co-PI allowed if they also meet eligibility requirements.Perks & benefits
