The NMRC Open Fund - Individual Research Grant (OF-IRG) provides funding for individual-led research projects in Singapore. It is open to researchers in academic and clinical settings to support competitive, investigator-initiated research in basic, translational and clinical research relevant to human health.
Who can apply
Applicants must hold a primary appointment in a local public institution, be an independent investigator with a demonstrated track record of nationally competitive funding or substantial publications, hold a minimum of 9 months employment per calendar year with local public institution(s), and have a PhD or MD/MBBS/BDS. Only one PI per application, capped at 1 application per grant type per call.Perks & benefits
