Supports Canadian SMEs developing clean technologies with typical funding of $100,000–$500,000. Following the absorption of the former SDTC program, this stream is now managed under NRC IRAP. Covers up to 80% of eligible R&D costs and provides advisory services through Industrial Technology Advisors (ITAs).
