OES Evaluation Fellowship 2026
A fully remote U.S. government fellowship for researchers, policy experts, and evaluators to drive evidence-based change across federal agencies. Participants work with the Office of Evaluation Sciences to design and implement evaluations that improve government programs. Fellows join on a one-year term, working alongside agency collaborators to apply evidence-based insights and evaluate impact using administrative data.
Who can apply
Employees of state, local, or Tribal governments, academic institutions, or non-profit organizations are eligible via the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Mobility Program. Federal employees may also apply for a rotational detail.Perks & benefits
