Set up once, work on the funder's form, submit when you're ready.

  1. Set up your profile

    Add your organisation type, sector, and what you're trying to fund. Upload the documents you already use for bids - we keep them on hand for later applications.

  2. Open the funder's application

    Apply takes you to the organiser's website, not a copy of the form inside GrantGunner. Install the Chrome or Firefox extension if you want the sidebar on that page.

    • Real portal URL, not a duplicate form in our app
    • Extension runs beside the form you're filling in
    • Pipeline tracks each grant from first look to submitted

  3. Draft from what you've uploaded

    Extract the questions from the page, get suggested answers from your profile and files, then edit before anything goes into a field.

  4. Submit on their site

    When the application reads right, submit on the funder's portal. GrantGunner keeps deadlines, reminders, and applied dates in your calendar and pipeline.

Matched opportunities, deadlines, submit reminders, and applied dates appear in your calendar. Reminders help you finish before a window closes without auto-submitting on your behalf.

Is my organisation data kept private?
