Quién puede solicitar
Open to Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and foreign nationals who have completed or are on track for a Second-Class (Upper) Honours degree. Applicants must gain admission to a PhD program at one of Singapore's autonomous universities (NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUTD).
