The COST Open Call invites the submission of proposals for new COST Actions to foster interdisciplinary research, networking, and scientific collaboration across Europe. This one-stage submission process supports the establishment of S&T networks to address societal challenges and professional development for young researchers. COST funds networking activities (meetings, short-term scientific missions, training schools, dissemination) but does NOT fund primary research itself.
