This project designs a distribution system operator-enabled demand response program based on constrained parts of the distribution system. It aims to generate data and insights for reliable electricity, enhance grid stability and energy efficiency, and establish regulatory frameworks for DER integration. The project serves as a model for nationwide implementation and offers stakeholders critical insights and a standardized DER management approach to support evidence-based policy and innovation.
