Indonesian researchers must be Indonesian citizens, hold at least a master's degree with active doctoral enrolment (proven by DBR Decree or Study Permit Certificate), and be affiliated with an eligible Indonesian research entity (BRIN or other legally registered institution registered in SEBARIS).
