Ontario Community Changemakers 2026–2027
A multi-generational leadership and micro-grant program for Ontario residents aged 19+ to activate public space, enhance civic engagement, and foster social inclusion. Selected changemakers receive $5,000 in seed funding and one year of support to implement their community projects.
