A grant-based cultural co-financing open call supporting original, non-commercial cultural and artistic projects for the official Skopje 2028 European Capital of Culture programme. The motto is "Culture Over Division" and projects must align with one of five thematic strands: Art4Hope, Togetherness, rECOvering, CreARTing, or Heritage.

Quién puede solicitar

Open to individual artists, cultural professionals, NGOs, collectives, and educational/research institutions from EU 27 Member States, North Macedonia, Western Balkans, EEA countries, and Ukraine. Must be 18+, professionally active, and propose non-commercial projects aligned with Skopje 2028 thematic strands.
