This call funds a seven-year co-funded research and innovation programme (€60.00 million budget) focused on social transformations and resilience in Europe. The programme aims to address challenges related to climate change, digitalization, and demographic shifts while enhancing social protection, inclusiveness, and cohesion. Focus areas include modernising social protection, the future of work, education and skills development, and a fair transition to climate neutrality. Selected consortia must develop a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), launch annual transnational calls, and involve stakeholders such as funding agencies, ministries, EU agencies, and civil society. Gender and intersectional perspectives must be integrated into all research actions.

Qui peut postuler

Consortia of at least three independent legal entities from EU Member States or Associated Countries, with at least one from an EU Member State. Eligible entities include research institutions, universities, funding agencies, ministries, EU agencies, social partners, and civil society organisations.
