国家能源局面向能源企业征集“人工智能+”能源融合试点项目，依托51个高价值场景清单，鼓励能源企业与AI技术方组建联合体申报试点。试点项目通过线上系统申报，由省级能源主管部门或中央企业集团推荐，截止2026年7月30日。

在中华人民共和国境内注册、具有独立法人资格的能源企业或AI技术供给方，具有较好的经济实力、技术研发和融合创新能力，在质量、安全、信誉和社会责任等方面无不良记录。

Assistance in standardisation of outcomes into national/industry standards
Priority recommendation for national demonstration tasks and major national science and technology projects for outstanding units
