Better Energy Homes Grant

The Better Energy Homes grant provides financial support for home energy upgrades including insulation (attic, cavity wall), heating controls, heat pump systems, solar panels, and energy efficient doors and windows. Homeowners apply through a participating One Stop Shop or Energy Partner who manages the application, appoints contractors and BER assessors, and deducts the grant amount directly from the cost of works.

Qui peut postuler

Homeowners with existing properties in the Republic of Ireland can apply. Properties must have a valid BER certificate and works must be completed by SEAI registered contractors.
