Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons (for individuals), recognized as professionals by peers with training in their art form (for individuals), early-career artists, cultural connectors, foreign arts festival, biennale or book fair (for presenting foreign work or artists in Canada), foreign publisher or theatre (for international translation or co-productions involving Canadian work), Indigenous artists, groups, and organizations (First Nations, Inuit, Métis), including cultural carriers and emerging artists.
