The COST Open Call 2026 funds pan-European research networks (COST Actions) for four years. Each network must include at least seven COST Full or Cooperating Members, with at least 50% from Inclusiveness Target Countries and 40% Young Researchers and Innovators. Funding is approximately €150,000 in the first year and €180,000 annually thereafter, with up to 80 Actions to be funded. Proposals follow a bottom-up approach across any scientific or technological field.
