Freemover applications for the winter semester are accepted in selected countries including Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, and Slovenia, with special conditions for Hungary and Slovakia. The program promotes cooperation in higher education in Central Europe.

Qui peut postuler

All faculty members of a CEEPUS university as well as students enrolled at a CEEPUS university who fully completed two semesters are eligible to apply (intensive courses: one completed semester). You need to be a citizen of a CEEPUS member State to participate; non-citizens enrolled at a CEEPUS university may also be eligible with restrictions.
