A 10-month joint research award with the Bulgarian and Romanian Fulbright Commissions, allowing U.S. students to conduct trans-regional research spending 5 months in each country. Open to all degree levels with preference for Master's and Ph.D. candidates in fields related to Bulgaria and Romania.
