Horizon Europe 2026-27: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society (Cluster 2)

Funding opportunities under Cluster 2 of Horizon Europe's 2026-27 Work Programme, covering calls in democracy and governance, cultural heritage and creative industries, and social and economic transformations. Most projects receive €3m-€5m, with some large projects up to €60m, and applications require consortiums with at least three entities.

Qui peut postuler

Unless otherwise provided for in the specific call/topic conditions, only legal entities forming a consortium are eligible to participate provided that the consortium includes, as beneficiaries, three legal entities independent from each other, each established in a different EU Member State or associated country.
