The Irish Cancer Society Networking Awards 2026 is meant to help cancer researchers work together and build relationships with other cancer researchers. The programme will give doctors and researchers no matter what stage they are at in their career the chance to learn about cancer research, meet other people in the field, work together and get experience sharing their research with others.

Critères d'éligibilité

Lead Applicant Eligibility: This award is open to cancer researchers of all backgrounds. This includes academic and clinical researchers (after undergraduate level), medical doctors, and professionals of social sciences, nursing, and allied health working with those affected by cancer.
Event Eligibility: Eligible networking events include organising a small-scale conference or workshop in cancer research in the Republic of Ireland, organising a cancer specific 'summer school' in the Republic of Ireland, or hosting a meeting in the Republic of Ireland with national/international researchers or clinical professionals to establish new research collaborations in a translational/survivorship cancer research topic.
