Projects must demonstrate strong collaboration and not duplicate existing work.
Individuals are not eligible to apply.
Travel-related expenses, technology (e.g., app development or computers), evaluations, feasibility studies, retrospective funding, unsustainable projects, religious/political activities, and government responsibilities are excluded.
