Meeting Attendance Grant

Federation of European Microbiological Societies

Meeting Attendance Grants support early career researchers in microbiology to attend international meetings worldwide, covering travel and registration expenses. Applicants must be members of a FEMS Member Society and presenting authors (oral or poster) at the meeting they wish to attend. Two application rounds per year.

Critères d'éligibilité

Must be a member of a FEMS Member Society
Must be an active microbiologist who is a PhD student or obtained their highest degree less than five years prior to the application deadline (excluding documented parental leave, special leave, or illness)
Must be a presenting author (oral or poster) at the meeting
Cannot apply to attend FEMS-sponsored meetings; support for these must be requested directly from the meeting organizer
All applications must be submitted via the FEMS online grants system with a registered FEMS profile/account
