A Minerva programme for short-term exchange between Germany and Israel, funded jointly by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology. It offers young German and Israeli scientists the opportunity to visit research partners, establish contacts, and participate in seminars and workshops for stays of one to eight weeks.

Qui peut postuler

German or Israeli citizens, or persons residing in Germany or Israel with a proven affiliation to a research institution for at least 3 years; under age 38; students/members of German or Israeli universities or public research institutions; not a participant in the Minerva Fellowship Programme; not a Principal Investigator in a BMBF-MOST Programme; scientists with tenure are not eligible.

Avantages et bénéfices

  • Travel expenses reimbursement up to 700 EUR
  • Weekly stipend of 300 EUR for students/graduates/doctoral candidates, 425 EUR for postdocs
