Critères d'éligibilité

Must be a North Dakota-based entity, including state or federally tax-exempt non-profit arts/non-arts organizations, public entities (state, local, or tribal governments), community education units, or university divisions offering public programming.
The organization must be physically located in North Dakota, and the majority of activities must explicitly serve and engage North Dakota audiences.
Individual artists cannot apply directly.
Excludes programs inside the standard K-12 school curriculum, closed/private events, fundraisers, capital campaigns, permanent acquisitions, or projects where student teaching/learning is the sole outcome without public engagement.
No students (as per artenda.net listing).
