Epigram Books Fiction Prize 2027

An annual literary prize for unpublished novel manuscripts by ASEAN citizens or permanent residents. Submissions must be original works in English, at least 40,000 words, with a deadline of August 1, 2026. The winner receives publication and a cash prize.

Criteri di ammissibilità

Entrants must be ASEAN citizens or permanent residents.
The novel submission must be an original work written wholly by the author(s) or an original translation of a work translated wholly by the translator(s).
The submission must be at least 40,000 words long; entrants are encouraged to submit works that are 60,000 words or longer.
Submissions must be in the English language.
Short story collections are not eligible.
Submissions that have been previously published in any form are not eligible. Works that are self-published or works that have been made available online are considered to be published.
