Eureka Biotech Call 2026

Health Holland

Health Holland has allocated €1.5 million Public Private Partnership (PPP) subsidy, and invites companies and research organisations to participate in the EUREKA Biotech Call. This international call offers opportunities for innovative R&D collaborations with partners from multiple countries, aimed at accelerating biotechnological innovations with societal and economic impact. In this call, the Netherlands specifically focuses on advancing innovative cell and gene therapies (CGT) and Organ-on-Chip (OoC) technologies.

Chi può candidarsi

Consortium must include at least two independent Dutch partners (one company and one research organisation) and at least two independent partners from a priority country (one company and one research organisation). Dutch SMEs and research organisations eligible for PPP subsidy.

Criteri di ammissibilità

Consortium must consist of at least two independent Dutch partners and at least two independent partners from a priority country.
For both the Netherlands and priority countries, at least one company and one research organisation must be involved.
Dutch companies applying for PPP subsidy must submit a 'No Undertaking in Difficulty' declaration.
The project must consist of industrial research and/or experimental development (TRL 4-7).
Co-funding by all partners (in-kind and/or cash) is required.
Other types of organisations such as healthcare providers and foundations are not eligible for PPS subsidy.
Cash contributions are permitted but not mandatory; a single party may not both receive PPP subsidy and provide cash contribution.
