MAS introduced the Grant for Equity Market Singapore (GEMS) scheme to support listings and strengthen the equity research ecosystem. The Research Development Grant provides incentives to enhance research coverage of companies that are part of Singapore’s equity market through funding for pre-IPO/IPO/Post-IPO research reports, research dissemination, and research on private companies with strong local presence.
