USANSF X-Labs Written Proposal
The NSF X-Labs initiative, managed by the Directorate for Technology, Innovation and Partnerships (TIP), provides large, multiyear awards to launch and scale independent research organizations focused on high-impact technical breakthroughs. The program targets full-time, interdisciplinary teams of entrepreneurs, technologists, researchers, scientists, and engineers capable of operating with independence to move technology beyond traditional academic/industrial research outputs toward commercially viable platforms.
