A bursary program supporting Black Canadian students pursuing post-secondary education in commercial real estate-related fields. Provides financial assistance, mentorship through BlackNorth Connect Program, RioCan Summer 2027 internship opportunities, and additional internship placement support.

Self-identifying Black Canadian students in final year of high school or currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (university, college, or trades program), pursuing studies related to commercial real estate (28 eligible disciplines), and demonstrating financial need.
